Lyra Winterguard is a 501(c) 3 Non-profit organization. We were founded in September 2023 in Huntington, West Virginia. Our mission is to bring indoor performance opportunities to the youth of the WV, KY, and OH tri-state area. As a member of our organization we hope to foster a positive learning environment teaching our students life skills that they can carry with them into their adult lives.

Lyra is a member of Tristate Marching Arts and primarily competes in Indiana, Kentucky, and Ohio. We also compete internationally as part of Winterguard International. Our membership is comprised of local High School and College students, ranging in age from 15 - 22.

In our inaugural season we were awarded the Bronze Medal at TMA Circuit Championships for the 2024 Season.
